Versatile and innovative curved linear guides with radial ball bearing rollers. The curvilinear guides are available in different versions, with constant or variable radius. CURVILINE is ideal for applications such as curved machine housings, door systems in trains or boats, or customized packaging units.

Product Description

High load capacity and reduced deflection telescopic rails with caged balls bearings. The telescopic guides have optimal running properties due to inductively hardened raceways. TELESCOPIC RAIL linear slides exhibit little deflection while under very heavy loads, even when fully extended.

• Telescopic guides come in eight different series (ASN, DE, DS, DSC, DBN, DMS, DSE) 
• Torsionally rigid intermediate elements with S-shaped, double-T, or squared sections
• Over-extending, full or partial telescopic strokes are available
• In the DMS63 Series the supported load can reach 3800 kg per pair
• Extremely low deflection and smoothness of movement even in high load, 24/7 applications
• Some Series can be locked in the closed position
• Special versions and strokes available upon request

The Telescopic Rail product family includes full or partial extraction telescopic rails, and consists of eight (8) different sizes. The deflection resistant central components are available in the S, double T or square versions. All series components offer a high load capacity, a minimum deflection and a sliding travel with no play, even under maximum load and when the rails are fully extended. The fixing holes are positioned at a standard pitch.

The products of the Telescopic Rail family are:

ASN - Partial extension consisting of a guide rail and a slider.

DE - Full extension telescopic guides consisting of two guide rails, mounted together to form the intermediate element, and two sliders, which act as a fixed and movable element.

DS - Full extension telescopic guides consisting of two guide rails made of fixed and movable element and an S-shaped intermediate element.

DSC - Full extension telescopic guides consisting of a compact and rigid intermediate element that connects two different sized guide rails with each other as a fixed and moving element.

DBN - Full extension telescopic guides consisting of two guide rails, which act as both fixed, and movable element, and two sliders mounted together form the intermediate element.

DMS - Heavy load telescopic guides consisting of elements from the ASN series and an extremely rigid double-T profile as intermediate element.

DSE - Telescopic rail with a 150% extension of it’s length, made by four elements.

Self-aligning linear guides with bearings and C-Profile, featuring a newly designed robust steel slider.

Compact Rail is part of the guide rail product family, consisting of roller sliders with radial bearings, which slide on an internal induction hardened and ground C-profile raceway, made from cold-drawn carbon steel. Compact Rail consists of three product series: the fixed bearing rail (T), the floating bearing rail (U) and a compensating bearing rail (K). They can be combined to create self-aligning systems:


• T+U system: pairing a fixed bearing rail (T) with a floating bearing rail (U), allows for the absorption of deviations in parallelism of the mounting surfaces. The T-rail takes on the full load while the U-rail allows for axial translation up to 3.9 mm

• K+U system: pairing a compensating bearing rail (K) with a floating bearing rail (U), allows for the absorption of deviations in parallelism of the mounting surfaces and height offset. With its particular shape, the K-rail takes on the load and allows the slider a rotation around its longitudinal axis up to ±2°, while the U-rail allows for axial translation up to 3.9 mm

The Easyslide is a system of cold drawn steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways. The linear guides consists of an external 'C' profile linear rail and incorporated caged ball bearings.

The Easyslide product family includes compact size linear rails with caged ball bearings, fitted with one or more sliders per rail, to ensure high load capacity and long life. If more than one slider is used in the SN series, they can slide independently inside their own cages, or simultaneously in a single cage.

The SNK series features rails with hardened and ground raceways. Variable slider strokes and lengths can be selected. All Easyslide linear guides are very easy to mount.

What are the features of Prismatic Rail?
The Prismatic Rail family is composed of linear bearings sliding on V-shaped rails made of hardened steel. These linear guides with rollers also have high self-alignment properties.

V-shaped rails are induction hardened and polished, available in three sizes: 28, 35 and 55 mm. Rails can be machined with two straight cuts, one straight and one slanting cut or two slanting cuts. These options allow to create joinable versions, and thus obtaining longer strokes.

The aluminum slider can be configured with a variable number of rollers with steel pins, ranging from 3 to 6. Rollers are in turn available in two variants, cylindrical or V-shaped, with variable diameter from Ø30 a Ø62 mm depending on rail size.

What are the features of Speedy Rail?Speedy Rail is the special self-supporting and self-aligning rail in extruded aluminum with a deep hard anodized surface treatment that offers exceptionally high performance and load capacity, with no maintenance and lubrication required, total reliability even in dirty environments with uniquely quiet operation. It is available with v-shaped rollers or cylindrical rollers, both covered in a plastic compound, and can be used as a linear rail or actuator.
